When pain becomes chronic it is no longer just x marks the spot of the pain on the body. Multiple physiological systems become involved. In this seminar you will discover what systems become involved and why and how mental health can be both an output and input of chronic pain. Find out about which strategies improve both chronic pain and mental health. Jude will also share her lived experience of chronic pain and there will be plenty of time for questions.

Jude King is a registered clinical counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, and coach. She is an experienced pain counsellor who also lives with chronic pain. Jude works with individuals and groups who have chronic pain, other physical and mental health conditions, and infertility. Jude is an experienced Mindfulness practitioner and teacher. Jude is a pain counsellor at a private pain clinic in Canberra. Jude is the founder of Catch The Calm and has a passion to help people facing life changes and challenges to live the best life they can.
