Why we love our Community Library (and you should too!!)

Are you looking for something new to read?

Did you know that here at the ACT Recovery College we have been building our Community Library?? Have you used a Community Library before?

A Community Library is a beautiful home for new and pre-loved books and is an open invitation to share the joy of reading within our community. The concept behind a Community Library is that books are generously donated, they come and go; no-one needs to check them in or out. People can simply flick through and take what interests them. When they are done, they can return them to our Library or pass them on to friends to read and return then back to our network. It really is a symbol of trust and hope - a tiny doorway to literary happiness.

This week we have seen some fabulous books being donated to our library for you to come along, borrow and enjoy. If anyone has a book or two that think others would enjoy, they can just pop it into the Library or leave it at the Reception with Kylie when they happen to be calling past.

Our library is accessible by visiting the Recovery College in Lyneham during our opening hours. They are located outside our classroom or in our Break Out room.
